Ongoing product: offline app to document nuisances and housing defects, white-label B2B portal. Astro/Svelte, Supabase, 1,577 tests.
At a glance
- Offline PWA: a nuisance logged in under 10 seconds, even without network
- Multi-tenant Supabase: 54 migrations, 18 Edge Functions, 327 RLS tests
- Evidence sealed by a server signature, tamper-proof on the client side
- 1,577 green Vitest tests, GitHub Actions CI (tests, RLS, E2E, deployment)
App for factual documentation of nuisances and housing defects in multi-unit buildings: a dated, structured log that produces a usable case file (pre-filled letters, PDF export, sealed evidence). An offer for residents and a white-label B2B platform for property managers, social landlords and developers, including tracking of new-build defect reservations.
Context
Co-founder and main developer (395 of 404 commits), from product framing to deployment, since April 2026.
Starting point: a product framing (vision, user flows, wireframes) and a strong usage constraint, since people log a nuisance under stress or fatigue.
Goal: ship an MVP usable in those conditions — logging in under 10 seconds, offline — and lay the foundations of a secure multi-tenant B2B offer.
Stack: Astro and Svelte (interactive islands) in TypeScript, Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Edge Functions, Row Level Security), IndexedDB through Dexie, PWA, Capacitor and Expo for mobile, Stripe, Vitest, GitHub Actions.
Achievements
- Offline PWA: local IndexedDB storage (Dexie), cache-first service worker, an “open, log, confirm” flow with no complex mandatory field
- Multi-tenant Supabase back end: 54 migrations, 18 Edge Functions, data isolation through RLS verified by 327 dedicated tests on a disposable Postgres
- Sealed evidence: fingerprint and server date countersigned with a key the client does not hold, so a photo edited afterwards cannot pass as the original
- B2B portal for property managers and landlords: aggregation of reports from several residents, collective multi-signer reports, warranty deadline alerts (one-year, two-year and ten-year), white-label branding
- Stripe subscriptions: checkout, customer portal, webhooks and billed-quantity sync
- Quality: 1,577 Vitest tests and GitHub Actions CI (tests, RLS, end-to-end, Edge Function deployment)
- Native Expo app in progress, alongside the PWA
Results
- Resident MVP working offline, in pre-launch: staging online and waitlist in place
- 1,577 automated tests passing, plus 327 tests of the data access rules
- B2B foundations already in the code: multi-tenant, white-label, Stripe billing
- Evidence whose integrity is verified server-side, a key argument for an enforceable case file
